Fans Massage

I have gone twice to Fans, and both times they have tried their darndest to upsell me during my massage. I LOVE to get massages, and have had dozens over the years, but never had this kind of strange treatment. I thought the first time was surely a one-off, but next time it was the same. Needless to say, there won't be a third time. Massage itself - both times - was fine, but nothing extraordinary.

I went in here cause I was desperate and needed to relax and unwind. I had a massage here last time and it wasn't great. This time I had an amazing massage. The lady that did my feet and hands was just great and I probably will ask for her next time I go.Is a tad expensive for me in saying that not sure what the going rate isOverall very comfy and happy with service and massage.

I had my massage on this place today, the lady who does my massage is keep on coughing and sneezing, she keep on going out to answer queries from the reception and to add more keep talking on her language that ruins relaxation. I always remind her to do soft pressure but she keeps on pressing my back and shoulders so hard. I won’t recommend this massage place, waste of your money!!!

This is the worst massage I ever received. I paid for the neck, shoulders and head massage. The lady who massaged me applied so much pressure, by pressing her elbows deep and painfully into my back and shoulders. This was not relaxing and forced me to tense my shoulders as it hurt from the pain. I was expecting it to be intense but relaxing and comfortable at the same time. When it came to my head massage, she basically dug her nails into my hair and scratched the life out of my scalp for roughly 10 mins straight. What kind of head massage is that? This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever received. It left me with migraine and even sorer back. I would never come and would not recommend this place.

Took a whole body massage. It is an amazing experience. Professional staff and good service. A good choice when I need a relax after the whole week hard working. Will come here next time!

Glad my visit was a hit. I needed a full body massage after 4weeks of being in Auckland. Starship hospital stays, hotels, carrying a 10kg baby in carrier, lugging luggage everywhere along with all the emotions I've been holding stored in my body.I'm glad I got the lady that I did, as the other woman I noticed used one hand to massage, kept looking at the time and looked hoha as. So just pay attention to who you get lol my massage definitely got toxins and tightness moving. I've been super light but extremely sleepy since. I haven't been able to rest so this really helped.The lady I got was offering other treatments upon what I was looking at, so I told her I will make a decision at the end of that I was getting. So I recommend doing that incase you get a miss on your message lolOverall thankful and the lady was lovely. She didn't much around.
