Perfect stay, clean room, warm, quiet, great service

Excellent rooms, clean, spacious and friendly owners.Had a fantastic time in a beautiful site. Would love to come back for longer.

The second time I’ve stayed here and it was excellent again. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything you needed and plenty of space to spread out. I was impressed with how many utensils they had in the kitchen drawer! Took a walk after dinner to the pond across the road and watched the sunset and fantails.

Clean and tidy and quiet from road noise but the noise from the laundry which was somewhere outside and also noise from guests in adjoining rooms was terrible. We could hear their normal conversation over the tv in our room. Would not stay again.

This was a nice place to stay. The room (we had a studio, all that was available) was small, but very clean, updated and well furnished. There was a small fridge and coffee maker, with supplies for coffee, tea, and chocolate. The grounds right ouside (part of a development?) were very well kept.

We had an apartment unit with a gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub and WD. Very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. One of our top 5 in NZ! Highly recommend!

Spent 2 nights here with my family in a 2 bedroom apartment.The accommodation was lovely and well appointed.The only issue we had was that it was a little hot in the main bedroom and living room. There was a split system A/C in the kids room (which was comfortable) and one in the main living room but none in the master bedroom. With the high, floor to ceiling, west windows in the living room, the A/C was unable to cool the living room or the main bedroom. That said, I think the weather was particularly warm for this area during our stay.The staff were helpful.

Probably the worst accommodation we have stayed at in NZ due to the fact that the walls are paper thin, we could literally here every word the people next door were saying as if we were in their room with them, and got woken up very early (was a loud group). Would not recommend and will not be returning.

We stayed overnight in a studio unit. Could not fault cleanliness or warmth. Large bathroom with plenty of hot water and good water volume from shower. Bedroom very compact with scarcely enough room to get round the bed, to open the fridge door or to place cases. Absolutely no view. These units are designed and correctly advertised for overnight stay.

When we arrived we were expecting 5 star appartments as that is what it’s advertised at however they are very tired looking, towels were paper thin and as small as any towel I’ve seen, we had to ask for a 3rd towel as there were 3 of us staying. lots of rules around what you can and can’t cook inside, $30 bond for the BBQ, Gardens needed doing and the blinds need a clean (food marks on them and lots of fly poo) it was all those little things that needed doing to make it a nicer stay. I expected luxury towels and maybe some nice treats when we arrived as we paid a lot for what we actually got. On the plus side the water pressure in the shower was good and they had good wifi. The owners seemed nice. Price is extremely high for what you get.We stayed in January 2021 we stayed in a one bedroom apartment and paid $250 per night. Not worth it.
