Storage unit itself is fine, pricing is fine. Not a fan of been sent false emails saying I owe four times the amount on my unit or receiving text and emails threating to cut open my unit and sell my possessions..

Good team of nice helpful people contact was Good everything was good. I sat in the office for 10 minutes and watched 1 of the staff a young lady deal with a grumpy customer. She handled it so well. She handled it very well. A good team

Great service! Even when we are oversea, support is provided in less than 12hrs after inquiries sent by email. Storage room is very well ventilated, our cardboard boxes look as good as when we first had them stored 6 months ago despite of being placed directly on the storage room's floor. Highly recommended!
