My review is genuine, the team here are nothing but amazing people who do their job well. I have never had any issues come up during the planning of my surgery for my nose, they have always ensured I’m aware of every appointment made with them, especially when I forget. Worst experience with a medical professional I've had. Waste of money for very uncaring 2 min consultation. Also poor experience with receptionist, Robyn.

I am giving John Clarkson 1 Star. This is because Robyn the receptionist. First she canceled my surgery without telling me. Had to many months more. Robyn is very unwelcoming and quite rude. If I ever need to see your nose surgeon again I will see someone else.John Clarkson him self was fantastic and very well mannered.

I'm very happy with the care John has provided for my 3 children. He is very professional, helpful and always pleasant. He does great surgery and I highly recommend him!
