For a website/business that seems like it's NZ based it should be more clear that you are actually buying from India (which would explain the expensive postage). They give you a lot of options for custom print sizes which is great, but as far as the end product - I ordered two identical prints and they both had minor defects in different spots. Also the tube it came in was so small and the prints were so tightly rolled that they arrived slightly crumpled.I'm also taking a star off because for some reason the Google Reviews" section of your website claims a 4.3 star rating

Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering, this company has failed to deliver me order 4 weeks after ordering, they have however succeeded in swamping my mailbox with deals". When questioned they sent the following" Please note our Team resolves tickets in chronological order (from oldest to newest)

Like others who have reviewed I am disappointed in my order. The website gives no clue that the products will travel from India, to China, to Singapore, to Australia, before finally getting to NZ -- much later than the estimated date. The bookmark image is blurry and they are not cut properly so there is an unsightly border on the left which I will have to trim by hand. The end result is something that looks too homemade to present as a professional product. The only drawcard was what seemed a great price, but after the long wait, the actual product is a huge letdown!

Ordered a personalised chopping board which came two weeks too late and multiple damages and cracks. Have emailed the company and after a week replied with giving me a 20% refund. It was a gift and I'd expect way better. I am an art student and could have done it with way btter quality and look if I wasn't on holiday break. Never buying again and definitely not recommend.

Took longer than I expected, as I needed it as a wedding gift last week. I communicated with CS and they were able to reimburse my priority shipping cost. I guess they could also be transparent about where the item is being shipped from because I thought it was a NZ company the whole time. The piece I received is beautiful though and I can’t wait for my friend to receive it. I just wish the stand was mounted onto the photo piece. Had there been no issues with shipping etc I would’ve given 5 stars

After seeing the website taught it was a company in NZ and was sure the products would be delivered in time for anniversary gift. all went wrong, the delivery was 3- 4 weeks late and only 1 product delivered out of 3, let alone the poor quality.do not buy anything in this website paid extra for

You need to be transparent about where items are being made and shipped from. Purchased from your company as all details stated you were an Auckland based company so figured more than 2 weeks was more than enough for the 4x items to get to me on time not to mention delivery date was ahead of when I needed them and would have still made it to me given the delay with deliveries at the moment. Tracked the items and they were in Singapore, delivery date has come and gone. Really angry as I was counting on these to arrive before Christmas. I understand you have no control on the delivery service and delays etc but if I had known items were coming from Singapore I would have gone elsewhere. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY

I wish I did my research on this company and read the reviews before placing my order. Like everyone else. I placed my order and it had said delivery would take a week. Ummm more like 3 weeks later! Plus I was going through the website and thought this store was based in NZ. Nope I was wrong. I didn’t know this til I got the email that it was dispatching from INDIA! I picked/paid for the good stuff too. So I hope I didn’t get ripped off! Don’t know what the quality of my printing and frame would be as this was sent as a gift. But please- don’t advertise false information on your website!

Worse service of my life, cannot get anyone to come back to me about my complaint, just got a reply email saying my query was last on the queue and still nothing. The pillow printing was lovely but they sowed the zip skew and this makes the whole pillow skew and it won't lie flat. Sorry but i cannot give that to someone as a gift it look terrible. Will never order from them again.....:(!!!!!

Do not do this. The service is terrible. They do not have an Auckland office it is fake. The NZ phone number patches straight to India. I have waited for three monts for my order. The first time it showed up wrong, the second time it was a random dog photo and the third time it was terrible quality. The people that work here all share two email addresses its chaos. Must have emaied them times and had to call 4 times..
