Was surprised with the comment below saying the guy with the ear gauges was lazy. Went in today and he was very helpful. A big THANK YOU to the amazing Paul for sorting out my car issues and giving me a very good price on a new radiator. Excellent customer service and I would only shop here. Great to find a place where the staff know what they are doing and are not afraid to go the extra mile to assist.

Absolutely some of the best service ever . I'm on a three week trip in my 4wd camper and needed to do a couple little jobs . These boys were so unbelievably helpful I just wish all the Tauranga repcos were the same

On my way to work this morning I called into Repco Queenstown as I had major headlight issues. The guy's were so incredibly friendly & most helpful, I have headlights again! I highly recommend calling in here for all your auto needs, their customer service is second to none! Thanks guys, you helped this damsel in distress!
