Working with craftstone team was extremely pleasant and professional. Their installer Tov did a remarkable job on our external wall for our new house. Couldn't get any better than this. We used Coromandel Green. Products were delivered on time and installation on the date booked. I highly recommend them. Prices are very competitive and products are of high quality. Thnx Al

I will not recommend this company and the product to anyone. Gave them our new house project, but the service was disappointing . The installer was approved contractor for craftstone ,but job was done really unprofessional way. Craftstone is denying to take responsibility . We were dealing with Joe Paul.

I got a new house built and unfortunately used craftstone for stonewall. Their cap stones were rusty which spoiled the stone wall of the front of my house. Obviously this looked ugly (and it still does). After chasing them for months finally the cap stones were replaced and i was told by their technician Joe Paul that the stains will be cleaned. Again after months of chasing and empty promises by Joe no one turned up. I called again and he kept on postponing the job. He then started swearing at me and asked me to not call him. Just a very pathetic product and unprofessional company and people to deal with. I have raised this with their director Reece and will update further on how that goes. Swearing at their clients obviously after they received the full payment just shows how they operate. You will be better off to go to another supplier for a better product and better service.

Used their products on multiple houses I have been contracted to renovate and have to say they look great and are pretty straight forward to install. Luke my rep has always taken good care of us.
