Rentworks Property Management

After 3 years renting through the owners, we’ve experienced our first rental under property managers. Marina Loup was our property manager and during this time we’ve received total attention and always was helpful. I strongly recommend rentworks , specially Marina Loup.

Incredibly helpful property management, they are available and flexible in terms of maintenance and general questions. Any issues with the property is promptly sorted and handled professionally but in a personal manner which is refreshing. Staff are understanding and friendly especially during stressful times such as moving in and out of properties. Would definitely go with Rentworks again for another rental.

We've rented a property in Burnside through RentWorks for the past year, and we've only had to leave because we've bought our first home (otherwise, we could foresee staying there for longer because we've only had good experiences there!). The rental property itself is amazing. We've got to give special mention to Marina who was very nice to us and humble - a quality which is definitely rare amongst property managers these days. Steve from Rentworks has been a huge help in assisting me, during an incredibly busy time, by organising a number of tradespeople on my behalf to complete maintenance work that would make my home fully compliant.
