Rating Hadar and his team (Huan, etc) highly. It was an easy and stress free experience. Payment and paperwork was perfectly aligned with the settlement date.I've since moved from my old home and into my new one. Looking back it was one of the easiest parts of the whole house experience (eg looking for a new home, packing, etc).No extra costs as well, compared with working with a real estate agent.

I had a few people asking about my experience of selling my property. Hadar and his team Great to deal with they are prompt and supportive. I was impressed with how easy the whole sale and move was throughout selling my as is where is home. Hadar really understands as-is where-is properties, He also closes the deal fast and made it easy for us. We would like to give the above company 5 / 5 because they were amazing to deal with. Great communication skills with us through the whole process and there was no stress it in at all. We had our tenant still in the house when we sold it to them and she was well taken care of, she was allowed 90 days after sale to find somewhere else to go. Everything was explained clearly and we weren't taken for a ride. Would totally recommend you to go with this company.
