Came in clutch, stumbled back to the room drunk and barely walking, the room was probably the best room I've seen compared to alot of other places I've stumbled back to.I got into bed after my heavy night of drinking ritual shower and vomit, to my displeasure I woke up in a cold sweat and realized I had forgotten to drink water, i felt like i was on an episode or man vs wild, thinking of all the places i could find to rejuvenate myself, these kind souls sent up 3 litres free of charge.Those 3 liters tasted like the saliva of poseidon himself

Beautiful hotel with modern and up to date facilities. Staff were all very helpful, check in and out a breeze. Buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options.

Stayed here for two nights in the two dbl beds room with a river view. It was a stunning view. The service all over the hotel from reception to the restaurant was impeccable. The food in the restaurant for dinner was amazing and tasty. This hotel is close to walking distance from the town. It's a quiet, quaint town after coming from busy akl traffic. The beds were very comfortable. A wonderful stay.

Buffet lunch so ordinary, though the pork provided by the family themselves was delicious. The beef from Novotel lovely but the sides were undercooked or under seasoned. Just disappointed that food was so blah.

Great accomodation I've had in a very long time. Staff were very welcoming and room was spacious. The building was very warm and dry perfect for winter and autumn stays.

Rooms clean and staff friendly. At breakfast they didn't have tables for three people. Two and four settings only so we shared with singles on two occasions. Not a problem. Our son loved the pancake maker. We'd probably go back again.

I attended a birthday party in one of their function rooms. It was a small party of less than 50 people. The room was well lit and the food they served was all delicious. It's a nice function room for the purpose.

Customer service was amazing to say the least, the room was good for the price. The only thing I would have to pull up is the shower didn't work properly when changing from the hand held to the overhead spouts, other than that everything was great and clean, in a very convenient location to drive to most places. Valley parking was great despite how busy they were with 2 footy teams staying there. The mall is in walking distance with a decent amount to do and eat at.
