Family oriented bar amazing kind owners this is a Popular Bar had Dinner there fantastic meals in a relaxed atmosphere looking out over the water front window view I will keep coming back with many friends to enjoy yr music plus a singing Family hosts with the best hospitality and toe tapping Eventing I have had for a long time Cheers Black Pearl.

I would highly recommend the Black Pearl Tavern for food and entertainment! It's such a classy place with absolutley amazing food and great service! They catered to all my needs and were so friendly and inviting. It's got a real family feel to it. I particularly enjoy the Friday karaoke nights and the bands on Saturdays are just awesome! If you're after a good night with excellent food and service, the Black Pearl Tavern is the place to go!

What a fabulous location and very accommodating team. Great venue for our sons 21st. Service was amazing.Highly recommend. So funny all the kids when home and told their parents all about it so that’s got to say something!!!!

Georgia, Deb and Greg provided amazing service! Best bar and restaurant in Christchurch. Really nice cocktails and food. Highly recommend and will be back to the pearl! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great menu, wholesome meals nicely presented. GF buns on the burgers are amazing (makes a nice change!) Hosts Debz, Greg and Georgia are amazing, friendly people.
