I visited them about a year ago. Found them to be very expensive but the worst part was they kept dragging over the time they promised my car would be ready, and I ended up having a stressful drive to the airport and missed my flight. They seemed to be on their own time, no appreciation of other people’s circumstances.

my 530i came out.. worse than itwent incar gone to wreckers $20000 car fxcked...was it becos i was maori or sloppy attention...as the red warning dash flicked on n off asi drove out...thinking it would go away...

Top people. Tracked down and solved a long term alarm that no other bmw wksp in Auckland could solve. Methodically eliminated possible causes and finally hit the nail on the head. Now were back to full power and 200kms more on a tank of fuel. Big thumbs up
