The service was exceptional. We went in to compare backpacks and ending up buying two. The time spent to correctly size and fit with added weight really helped. We have since used the packs hiking in the Stewart Island and are heading to Abel Tasman track soon. Looking forward to many more kilometres on the trails.

I order jacket online already paid $179.99, order didn’t come, when i call them said we will let you know soon for delivery, 11 days gone still waiting for reply. Call them for further inquiry, they said we don’t know where you jacket, we don’t have any order in our system, you can buy another one from shop, when you get your courier, then you can get refund.. ??Sorry not recommending anyone.. such a poor management...Thanks

Went into town to buy a pack from here as this was my favourite store and the store is closed. No mention of why. Lights are on but door is closed. Staff are there and got ignored. Complete waste of my time. Won't be back. Went to Kathmandu next door who were open. Totally let down Macpac.

Great store! The male who served me was very experienced in products and cleaning. He made the experience a lot easier because so much was going on in the store. First winter jacket I have purchased in 20 years due to moving back from Australia.Standard price $279.99 with discount down to $99.99! More the 50%

Awesome and friendly staff, found the size I wanted by looking out the back, will go back.. Also need to mention their online store and helpdesk, found me what I was after and I was able to buy online with a gift card
