Roy at Williams Drycleaners went out of his way twice to help me, he’s such a kind and helpful guy! I needed stains on my white leather jacket removed so I could wear it for my birthday party. Other laundry services said they couldn’t help me. Roy wasn’t sure and didn’t want me to waste my money on him trying so instead he took my jacket twice to a leather specialist and in a very tight timeframe. He was absolutely outstanding and takes customer service to another level. I will only use Williams Drycleaners from now on!

Wish I knew about Williams years ago! Left our clothes on the back porch 10am Monday: perfectly dry cleaned suits and jackets delivered to our back porch by the next afternoon. Fast, professional, friendly and meticulous about making sure our clothes are dry cleaned to highest standards. Kia ora rawa atu Williams!

EDIT 2: I took the below reply at face value and went back in to speak to them. I am now comfortable rating this business five stars.Dropped off a few shirts for me and the better half - one of them was badly stained, one of them silk. They did a spectacular job on the collar of the really badly stained shirt.As the above edit would suggest, there was a problem with one of the shirts - the silk one. I took it back in and we talked through the options; the lady was knowledgeable and in the end I took her advice.It was an excellent price and the press etc were good (i.e. no rumples).

Amazing prompt and friendly service. Completely exceeded my expectations in removing an odour from a second hand coat I’d purchased online, and for a very reasonable rate. Very happy to recommend.

Great service, very professional and responsive. Mould removal and cleaning of thermal lined curtains, picked up and delivered with rehanging. They were very clear about the process and any risks, and the curtains came back super quickly looking almost brand new! Very reasonable price, would definitely recommend and use again.

I live outside of the Wellington district. Roy and his team are happy to accept garments by courier and return them. They will dryclean garments other drycleaning businesses won't touch. The cleaning is second to none in quality and its done in a very timely fashion. Roy is also so approachable and professional. I've just had a garment cleaned that had a very nasty stain on it. Roy called to keep me informed about the cleaning processes he'd undertaken and checked with me about carrying out another option. As well as the superb service Williams' offers the charging rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Williams Drycleaners even if you live outside of Wellington! *****

Roy did an amazing job of cleaning four long double-lined curtains for me. He got mould off all the linings, and the cat fur off, plus he successfully removed stains from when a rat got bailed up behind them. They arrived back crease-free and as new (they're 10 years old) within a week or so. He also took them down and re-hung them, which was fantastic, and he kept in touch well by phone to make the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Williams. As to cost, cleaning large curtains isn't cheap anywhere, and for me it was worthwhile.

We have been customers for quite some time, but have only recently used the curtain cleaning service. We are really pleased with the results... all the black mould removed and curtains look clean and fresh. The pick up and delivery service is an added bonus. We appreciate the friendly and professional service!

Williams Drycleaners cleaned my wedding tuxedo and my wife's wedding dress. They did an extremely good job and took great care cleaning very important items of clothing.They also cleaned the items a week faster than the originally indicated which was the cherry on top!A+ Service
