Almost two hours after ordering we were told another 15 minutes as they were preparing the order despite being told 10 minutes when I called 40 minutes earlier. Worst customer service I have experienced.

I am really relaxed, but unfortunately my order wasn't understood and I repeated it 3 times, but still ended up with the wrong order. It could be a bad day, I don't usually go for pizza but I can say my son loved his and was very happy.

They hadn’t delivered at 30mins after delivery time. Rung and were told it would still be 30mins away. Meal not delivered till an hour and 30 mins after confirmed delivery time.When I asked to speak to the manager he would not come to the phone.

This store is a joke. Don't waste your time or money. Ordered online 1 hour before collection. Arrived at store and waited another 30+ minutes. Only to find the pizza was cold and the order was incorrect.
