Northland Parkcare Ltd (NPC) is a local family business owned and operated by Paul and Stephanie Butturini. They are proud Northlanders and have lived here in Northland and Whangarei District their entire lives and established NPC in 1994. Paul Butturini (Managing Director) has been a licensed “RP11 Operational Inspector” (No. OP1881) since 2012. Paul is an experienced Landscape consultant and Managing Director and offers practically sound and economical solutions. Stephanie Butturini (Administration Manager) has built up considerable knowledge on Contract Accounts and Payroll. NPC have an experienced team of ten full time professional staff with varied skills, including: Carpenters, Machine Operators, and Labourers, who can plan and work cohesively to create an outstanding outcome.NPC have been contracted to WDC for the past 23 years and in fact, have been the longest serving contractor to the Parks and Reserves division since 1994 in various contracts. These include Miscellaneous Maintenance Contract 1994-2001, Parks and Gardens North Contract 2001-2006, and CON11014 Tracks and Walkways maintenance 2006-2017. A number of Green Flags have been awarded to WDC Parks Division since NPC have been involved with contracts such as AH Reed and Hatea Riverwalk.In the last ten years NPC have completed the Mt Manaia track, Breamhead Track, Breamtail Track, in which they worked with Frame Group Ltd and DOC. These were completed to an extremely high standard and to budget.We take tremendous pride in our work and receive lots of positive feedback. Their real ability has been to do maintenance and upgrade work quickly, and to a high standard of workmanship, with minimal disturbance to the public. They are also very aware of the cultural and historical sensitivities of Parks and Reserves.
