We would like to thank Riley for his diligence that found the the fault that may have caused us some grief on our trip on Friday. Thanks to Tim for his excellent and impromptu support today, to close the front passenger window on my Holden; as the window switch was faulty - and it was raining. I schedule an appointment at 9am for a WOF. Failed because 1 of the Fog lamps does not work. Charges $96 for labour. I said ok fine replace the bulb. I turned up at 2pm still. Still not done. The guy just wasted 15 mins trying to fit the bulb in instead of mounting the car back to the hoist. Then ended up mounting it to the hoist. Could have done it earlier. 5 1/2 hrs and I'm still waiting. I'm very disappointed because I'm a regular. And I wont be using you guys again.

They did a Warrant of Fitness on my car. Even though they were not familiar with the brand (Tesla) (yet). They were professional and thorough. I will use them again. Waiting room available.
