Renting for the last 7 months and love it!! Amazing views, close to everything I need, shopping, gym. One lift per building is not an issue as only 5 floors. Never have to wait for the lift, hardly see anyone. Rosegarden FB community is very helpful with info for peeps moving in.

Ruins the lovely area. Nice views inside the apartment and great location but that's the only upside. It looks cheap, tasteless and foreign.About 2 years ago there was a really strange promo poster outside with the worst translation I've ever seen. Albany became Albania" and was described as a "vast concrete wasteland"... super weird that someone would print that out in NZ and think it was decent enough to put on display."

Love the view of the man made pond. It has a beautiful walkway. Watch has attractive birds and ducks. Definitely a rare find.
