The old lady and her husband (owners) have very poor customer service, they both look like they hate their jobs and life. Went in yesterday to have some keys copied. Waiting in line with others for 15 minutes, no acknowledgments and snarky remarks and facial expressions when she finally decided to leave her desk. Maybe consider retirement!

Consummate professionals and very clever. I had a bmw when I first met these guys and it was old and needed a remote control. There was some complication with it but they were knowledgeable and could handle it. They taught me a bunch as well and didn’t charge me much at all for the excellent service and education!

Really good people. Stayed 40 min late on a Friday to fix my car lock up so it would be safe for the weekend after it was broken into. Good on Leigh who helped me out for a massive can do attitude.

Used these guy's after trying to get a chipped key cut at the K Mart plaza (DON'T RECOMMEND THEM). Lockwise did the job right and in a reasonable time frame. Will come back again.
