Silverstreams top automotive repair garage with most car repairs conducted from oil changes, new tires fitting, exhaust replacement to warrants of fitness. Shane provides excellent advice and repair options. As this garage is busy you need to book 5 to 7 days out

Worst service of all time still waiting 11 months later for a part to be returned to me and a call back every time I call to dispute my part they say chris isn't in the office. I'm not invited for a refund apparently as the part wasn't faulty. So.i asked for the part back and got told they needed to get back from whoever it got sent to and they would call me well im still waiting 4months later. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Save yourself time and money by going to somewhere other than Williams Automotive. Replaced rotors and pads unnecessarily and spent almost 6 months trying to source a part which in the end he was unable to source, but the part was sourced by someone else in a day! Terrible communication and no concept of customer service.

i needed new tyres, excellent service, excellent price, a quote was provided before job commenced, top workmanship, top service finished and ready for me to collect when promised. i would highly recommend williams automotive, nice helpful people too.

My brakes were making a really weird clunking/rubbing sound. I asked what the next steps were and what the charge would be to diagnose, I quote their response we'll first take off the wheel and have a look and then we can price you up".The next day they look at it and say that my brake shoe is almost fully worn off and $750 to get everything done. I go in to pick it up and they say that I have to pay $100 labor which I wasnt told of before
