I ordered vegetable kingdom, the juice doesn’t taste like their normal vegetable kingdom she only used kale apple and large amount of carrot I couldn’t taste any spinach or cucumber and she didn’t even put cucumber in it as we can see from the front. Worst juice ever, while paying around $8 for a small size juice I can expect at least the proper amount of vegetable to go in.

Really slow service, took my order and made me wait only to tell me they didn't have the ingredients to make my salad. Not going back there again.

Have been enjoying Tank around auckland for years, it’s not cheap so you do want good quality food. Unfortunately when I ordered my usual it was really disappointing and had to make an extra trip back as their phones were disconnected (we had tried for quite a while). But the staff gave a refund, which was good of them.The staff are really good and but the food wasn’t for what we paid.

I has never been to a Tank before, because I just thought how different or better could they be than a bottle of orange juice. Well I can tell you that there's a big difference in both Taste and Quality.I will be going back for sure.Cheers Kev Borg

Waited half an hour after being served to then be told she forgot to make my salad. I had asked for a refund which they did give back. I understand bad days or new staff. But today was one of those days they messed up everyone’s orders and the wait time was a disaster.

They were understaffed on Saturday 15th October, customer wait times was 15-25mins for 2 tanks. Retail assistant didn't acknowledge customers waiting, let alone advise us there would be a long wait time. Poor girl probably never got a break either.

Very disappointed. Arrived at 5:40pm door is already locked. Lady inside not even acknowledge I'm here. I understand staff wanna go home, but more than 20 mins early?? Drove all the way through traffic to here too.
