During our drives to Christchurch, we have always admired the Cottage Co homes and we are so proud to have a one-bedroom cottage of our own. The team at Cottage Co were easy to work with and maintained great communication with us throughout the build. We appreciated their willingness to customise the cottage to our needs while ensuring they maintained the integrity of their excellent design. Their attention to detail and workmanship are second to none and these homes are built to last! Many thanks Cottage Co! We will cherish our cottage for many years to come and it will be a special place for our overseas family and friends to enjoy during their visits to New Zealand

Amazing team to work with, couldn't have made the process more satisfying. Katie took every opportunity to ensure the process was to our liking, kept up amazing communication throughout the build, and kept in touch after the cottage arrived to make sure everything was just right.We chose the one bedroom cottage as a guest accommodation unit to be placed on our front lawn. It's been the talk of town ever since its arrived, and had many people visit to admire it. It's been very popular with guests, and we've had a high number of people extending their stay once they've arrived and fallen in love with it.The Cottage is built delightfully well - we can't fault a thing. We love the styling, the interior decoration, the ease of service connections for our electrician and plumber, convenience for cleaning most days, and the simplicity of the design. It makes the cottage seem much larger than it is, and with the deck area out the front it really is quite a luxurious feeling to spend time inside and out.It arrived in March, and even now every time I walk in I just can't help smiling. It makes me so happy, even 6 months later!!I can't recommend this team highly enough. Together with their engineer who went above and beyond to help us through the process, we feel very spoiled to have had the opportunity to make the Cottage Co part of life.Be ready to move at a fast pace once you've placed your order. They were on time, on budget, always friendly, and always listened to what we needed.If you're hanging in the balance wondering if you should purchase one of these amazing homes, know that it'll be one of the best investments you'll ever make. The return on investment is significant, and the advantage of having the cottage shifted on site means you don't have to worry about having builders and disruptions onsite for months. You're guaranteed a fixed price, and can still customise within the constraints of the basic design you choose.Katie and Co: Thank you so much for a really great job well done, and for being such amazing individuals. We are very impressed with the cottage we had built. It is very solid and is built to a high standard. The team are amazing, from Katie on the front-line, who takes the time to help you with every decision you have to make, offers great suggestions and nothing is a bother; to Ethan who oversees the build and knows exactly what is happening and when, and took the time to discuss things when I would call to see the progress. The build was finished earlier than promised, even with lockdowns etc. The delivery and installation was flawless and the whole team who came to site were brilliant, Gavin and others (whose names I can't remember) Even the subcontractors they have chosen to use were a great team, from Mackley's who delivered the cottage to site to the electrical team connecting the heat pump. If you get looked after as we were, you will be very happy with the package they put together for you.

Cottage Co is just a great company to deal with in our experience. Katie is such a delightful front line person to greet you. She makes you feel welcome and takes you through there process right down to the last nail, she really knows her stuff. We would highly recommend them for a visit to see what they can do for you. When we were looking for a home for us to place on our 10 acres in North Canterbury there were three things that were important to us; aesthetics, quality workmanship and materials along with a company that would manage the process for us efficiently and effectively. Cottage Co ticked all those boxes and more. From the time we initiated contact with Katie in the sales office to the completion and siting of the cottage onsite the process was seamless. We were always kept in the loop with what was happening; what options we had for the build along with suggestions from Katie and the building team about what would work and what wouldn’t - they constantly worked in our interests and took the time to really understand what was important to us. Nothing was too hard and they were patient with us throughout the whole process. Every time we visited site there was a warm welcome and people would “drop tools” and take the time to talk us through the project. Even when there were some tricky things to figure out the team really took the time to make sure we were 100% happy with the outcome.The delivery to site was incredibly well organised, Cottage Co along with Mackleys were incredible to deal in siting the cottage on the land. Special thanks to all of the building team - Blair, Gavin, James, Ethan & Darren; you guys were incredible and we enjoyed having you onsite and getting to know you; and of course Katie - your patience, your straight forward and honest approach, your availability, your humour and your good taste was evident throughout the whole process - THANK YOU. We absolutley LOVE OUR COTTAGE and would not change one thing. This company has a reputation for building quality homes and our cottage is certainly testament to that - everyone that see’s it is absolutely gob-smacked at what a great looker she is along with the quality of materials and fit out. We would definitely recommend Cottage Co for your build!
