I've brought my Suzuki Aerio in twice for WOF's and I've faced minimal additional charges. They go out of their way to deliver fast, friendly and efficient service without ripping you off.

Worst mechanic experience so far.I went there to have my coolant leakage fixed. 240$ later it was still not fixed. For very questionable reasons. And the part that they said caused the leak was already gone. Not willing to compromise one bit.No discount on actual fix.Very questionable.Mistakes happen, but at least admit it.

We were driving through Waihi after hours and one of the belts blew. Got in touch with Spargo Automotive, the owner was in the workshop after hours, and quickly replaced the part so we could get back on the road. And at a very reasonable cost, no extra charges. Thanks very much for your help, much appreciated.

Great services and friendly customer service..they do what is necessary and only what is required for you and your vehicle..with no B.S.. I trust them and the work they do which is extremely rare for me to say from past experiences at other places..if you need a job done right then stop reading this and book your vehicle in..
