I'm based in Wellington and a Trek Bike owner, I tend to end up needing spares for my bike and every time I need something this team usually have it in stock, an if they don't they will try help you out. Delivery is very fast and you get updates along the way. I highly recommend this lot, especially if you like a few free sweets with your delivery.

OMG, what a service. It was an awesome experience that I had with the guys from this shop. Communication was flawless. Products were ready for dispatch 30 min after I placed the order so I received them the next morning (so less then 24 hours from ordering to delivery). Some sweets were in the parcel as well to make the experience even sweeter. Keep up the excellent work guys.

I've always received amazing service each time I visit the store. Renae, Nico and Dan are friendly and knowledgeable and never falter from giving expert advice. In current times it's nice to receive good old fashioned customer service and even when the phone rings, like it did when I was in store yesterday, they still put their customers they're dealing with in person first. Customer service like this is very rare these days!

Great service, friendly and experienced team, extremely fast turnaround and affordable prices.Asked for a small fix on my road bike and have been told to just drop the bike off. Expectation was set that it might take a few days. Not even 3 hours later I got a text from Nico that the bike is ready. All done to my satisfaction, bike rides like a dream now.

These guys are amazing! My son broke his rear derailleur two days before a race, and even though they had a huge backlog of work, they bent over backwards to fit a new one in between jobs, and make sure he could race. I can't recommend them enough - great customer service. Thanks so much!

The team at Cycle Nation are amazing. We were visiting Hawkes Bay and started off just wanting to hire an extra bike, but ended up needing a repair on one of our own bikes. They went above and beyond to finish the repair in time for us to still get a ride in that day. Such a friendly, helpful bunch! Highly recommend!
