Stresses were running high, hair strands were coming out in clumps, then we met Anna, she saved our family by finding a property suitable for us in Gisborne during a time when rental properties were scarce. Because of Anna, our relocation went smoother than ever, we love our property and have settled in quite nicely. Terrible! Unfortunately Anna's services have deteriorated continually since taking on the management of 2 of my properties. I have not received an inspection report in years and have received no response to multiple emails. Upon transferring management of one of my property I found out there is over $10k worth of repairs and maintenance outstanding. If you want someone that takes your money and lets tenants slowly destroy your investment than Pukeko are a perfect option.
