I thought their service model was fantastic. They were forthright regarding their availability, and arrived on time on the scheduled date. Additionally, their electrician was very friendly, informative, and helpful in identifying future options for improving the electrical output of our home. I would definitely recommend them.Taking in consideration for the currant climate that we find ourselves in and all the pressure that are on our trade's I think Electrical Solutionz did an amazing job in a timely manner.

Am so grateful to Craig and the lads for their prompt service. Our heat pump died during the arctic blast recently and we were able to get a new one installed within days. No quotes were required because we already knew we would be getting a great deal as we have used and will continue to use this great company.

Couldn't ask for a better quality job. These guys showed up on time with all of the right gear and have a very professional work ethic. We just bought an air-conditioning cassette for my café (right on time before the heat wave..) Craig and his team are efficient, friendly service, very professional. Rachael is lovely and very efficient. We had a good advice about the aircon to choose. We are very happy and I highly recommend them.

After the recent heatwave in Rotorua, we realised the urgent need to get Air Conditioning in to our house. Rachel came round, sussed out our needs and about 10 days later we had 3 heat pumps installed. Excellent and efficient service. Really great price too.
