PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP! I got scammed. I had found out that the car that they sold me failed WOF 8 times! They insisted that they would service the car themselves so that they could keep me in the dark for any other upcoming issues with the car. Another mechanic checked the car and told me that the engine had been rusting for a while. Utterly disappointed as I trusted them completely. Be careful when doing business with this dealership.

This dealership sells lemons, i have had a car for just under 4 months i purchased from them, and it has deteriorated rapidly which will cost me thousands to fix, when i hit them up about resolving the issue i was told there is nothing we can do. Do not Buy from Hey Motors

Keen for a car they listed on trademe, txted them but won't bother to reply, guess they are not keen for selling.Update: this guy replied me after I put this review told me he is busy in yard. I asked questions regarding the car they are not answering just told me to visit in yard. People need know details before they actually view it. I understand why they have so many one star reviews now, no customer service and stay away from them.

Please do not buy your car here ！！！！ I purchased my 2006 Hybrid Civic Hybrid here, purchased because they promised the car had a new replacement hybrid battery. In the six months I drove it, the car experienced problems such as stalling and battery failure, but they did not take it seriously and informed me the car was fine and refused to provide me with follow-up support. The battery is now completely inoperable and the fault. I took it to the garage and had the battery tested and was told that the battery itself was old and had changed hands many times and was bad. I am now preparing my claim. Don't believe anything they say and don't buy a car here!
