excellent customer service by Vicky. English is my second language so it's usually a but hard for me to order but Vicky was very patient and friendly which made the whole experience 100x better. Would totally recommend.

Shocking customer service, not worthy of one star! I am a pensioner and ordered a roll. Part served by the older lady and then by the young man both suggested additional items but made no effort to advise that these would incur additional cost. This is dishonest and totally inappropriate practice. Fortunately I realised what they were both up to and stopped them from fleecing me. As an aside neither could manage any warmth or smile. A disgrace to both retail and Subway.

Literally the stingiest place on earth. Got a sprinkle of lettuce and capsicum. Asked for more / plenty of. “Outside of the recipe”Never an issue to get a half decent sub from any of the other stores. This was like it was coming out of ol mates wages.You get about 1/2 the ingredients other subways put on. “Outside the recipe”.. far out. Get real

Worst customer service ever! Manager asked me what salads I wanted then yelled at a worker about someone else’s sandwich. Maybe work on customers service first.

Subway Takapuna is an excellent Subway. Highly recommend. Great Service. Salad portioning is reasonable. Customers needs to understand that Subway is experiencing a salad supply shortage at the moment. It’s better to limit the salads or else there could be times where certain salads will run out which is even worse trust me. There are Subways that have ran out on Tomatoes, Carrots, Spinach, and Beetroots. Subway Takapuna at least has more range. Will be coming again as I rather eat something that is quick and healthier than other places.

Terrible service. Person behind the counter did everything she could to not serve us. Wiped the bench, took a phone call, went out the back. All while we stood there. No acknowledgment of us. Walked out and spent our money at Pita Pit

Poor customer service they always try to upsell and the prices are more expensive than other subway stores. They also don’t participate in the subway promotions. Go elsewhere

Rude staff with an attitude problem.When asked if I could have 6 slices of tomatoes instead of 4 they refused and asked me to go elsewhere for more.This was shocking given that I ordered a veggie delite with only tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.

When I was commuting to work in Taka, I normally will go to Subway to get lunch. Well ever since they decided to close Burger King.I've never had any issues getting my sub from this branch. Then again my order is standard and I don't ask for weird requests.
