Sculpt Luxury Nail - Newmarket

Disappointed in the service I received when visiting this salon. Beautiful salon with modern equipment, massage chairs & fittings, but the luxuries end there. No hello, or pleasantries from any of the technicians. $55 for pedicure which does not include dry skin removal. I was told to go wait at the bench for my nails to dry, and ended up leaving 30 minutes after being ignored. As I left the salon nobody said goodbye or thank you.Very miserable staff

Sigh. I really did not want to post a negative review. I understand business has been hard these days and labour is never easy. But the moment I saw my gel nails chip away the DAY AFTER I got them done I simply lost it. How could a nail salon be this terrible? The lady who did my nails was rushed and brushing away at my nails with polish, didn’t dry it completely and the coats were completely uneven. They kept on dripping down the edge of my nails and onto my cuticles. She did try to fix them and that’s why I didn’t say anything initially but the most she did was use her finger nails to try and wipe it off. Today the polish has started peeling away already and I am just so disappointed. To the lady who did my nails, thank you for the labour you put in, but the results were really not it.- edit, tried to post photos but google reviews won’t seem to let me.

This nail salon has a lovely ambiance and is beautifully decorated and laid out. I paid $85 for a gel pedicure (included removal of prior gel, which was sanded off) Staff were ordinary as in not particularly friendly, but not unpleasant either, nothing stood out about them. Technically the pedicure and gel polish were ok, again, nothing outstanding. Perfunctory service which included inadequate pushing back of the cuticle, then cutting off the remainder, and a 20 second per foot scrub with a pumice, again not really adequate. Application of cold slimy scrub of some sort to the lower leg, which wasn't really rubbed in, just applied so really no point to it other than to be cold and uncomfortable. I complained about this at that point and the technician removed it with a wet towel. Foot/leg massage left me cold, no specific technique and the technician showed no enthusiasm. I could have skipped it and not missed anything. Actual application of the gel was good, and I am happy with the end result of having my toenails painted. I wouldn't specifically NOT recommend this salon as really they are the same as most. For $85 and what is advertised as a spa pedicure" realistically they leave a lot to be desired. I wouldn't go back again as will keep trying to find that one place that stands out and lives up to what is advertised

Spa pedi. Clean and nice ambience. Expensive for what you get. Found the staff not easy and welcoming to deal with.

Went in for acrylic nails with gel polish. They were so helpful from the moment I got there to helping me pick the colour closest to my inspo. Jenny who did my nails took her time from the nail prep till the end, was super patient and was really attentive. I felt so relaxed and highly recommend this salon. I was so happy with the final result!!

Had a booking for a new set of acrylics. The shop was very clean and modern looking.My experience was pleasant and comfortable. Although it was a bit odd for me to have three ladies work on my nails for their training purpose it was all good. The price is a bit steep but at least there are many colour options to chose from! I would come back ☺️

Amazing customer service and luxurious experience. This place was so relaxing and definitely one I would prefer going to rather than a busy nail chain. If u want great service and relaxing experience please go and support this place!

They charged $130 just for french tips which looked nothing like the reference photo I used. Cut my acrylics way too short before even asking me about length and also cut the wrong shape. For my friends nails the base layer didn’t even cover the edge of the nail. We were stuck in the salon for 3 hours watching people who came in after us leave. Will never come here again and i wouldn’t recommend it unless you want very basic nails for way too much money.

I purchased voucher birthday gift for my mother , paid 130 for combo. When we got there the lady who started looking after us showed the color choices and then she disappeared and started to perform manicure for someone else. I was so surprised with awful service that I took money back and we left to another place in the mall professional " They did excellent job and cost only 95 for combo. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Bad service

I went in this afternoon with my work mate.Absolutely love everything about this place. I got my nails done by Chi and my work mate got hers done by Tina. We are both so thrilled and happy with how beautiful our nails look.Thank you so much ladiesLucy and Esme
