I’ve been a customer of yours for a long time but the other day my partner came home very upset that she was followed into the fridge cooler as she was trying to find the beer I asked her to get for me. Something I’ve never experienced when I go in there. She felt like she was being watched like she was going to steal something.Will not be coming here again out of principle

Small compact shop fully stocked for those wanting to have variety. Only problem with bottle O is parking accessibility as it's on a main road parking this maybe an issue to find. When surrounding dairies are closed you can get snacks from here rather than driving to the local food outlets. Pricing range is within competitive pricing. Maybe try your locals rather than going to countdown, woolworths, Pak & Sav

Went there out of necessity but wish I just made the right turn and went to the other two bottle stores up the road.Parking is usually hard to find nearby so expect a walk. Store inside feels dirty with bare concrete floors and just stock everywhere.Sure they have the selection and stuff required but the general atmosphere and finish require updating to make the store appear less seedy.
