Styx Mill Clothing

i have had a couple of the sleeveless jackets, one for good and one for work use every day, the zip failed after a lot of every day use.i phoned styx mill to see if they could help, was told not a problem, to take it back to M10 rangiora for them to send it to styx for repair. the jacket zip was replaced, and the stitching was perfect, they also patched a small rip in the front as well,,, was returned quickly to me, very pleased with the service and would recommend them and there products.[have now purchased a pig hunting / forestry cape]Malcolm Halls15/8/19

The reason I only Gave 3 stars is because compared to the first jacket I bought...15 years ago, that's how good they are,.... this one is substandard.The wool lining isn't as thick, and the zip not as good quality, and the pockets are singles not doubles.To be fair the pockets did wear out but these allow everything to fall out.It is still a good jacket but you've cut you many corners for, i assume, profit.
