We contacted JAE Taupo during an emergency situation when a pipe leak caused flooding on a Friday morning. Shaun from JAE arrived earlier than expected and promptly got to work with his equipment. He checked on the situation every single day, even on weekends and public holidays. We are incredibly grateful for his exceptional work.

Our home was flooded and Shaun came out that same day despite it being Good Friday. He and his colleague were awesome! He set the expectations for us so we knew how long it could take and what they were going to do. He called with updates regularly and was just super professional and calming in what was a stressful situation. A+++ for service JAE Services Taupo!

JAE Carpet were very easy to deal with, their consistent communication with us was outstanding. The urgency of the job was dealt with immediately, they also had a complete understanding of the needs for the residents in the household one being in late 80's and were very accommodating to her needs as an elderly customer. Amazing job! - we just booked in a general home carpet clean as we have 2 dogs and our carpet was due for some TLC.Communication with the booking ladies was beyond amazing and effortless.Pricing was very fair and well worth every cent!Lastly Phill the carpet technician was lovely and very helpful, he was prompt and efficient. We had tried everything to get on top of a flea problem in our house. We ultimately decided it was time to get the professionals in. We called around 3 different companies, one being JAE. They turned up same day to assess and provide a quote (the only company of the 3 to do an in person quote). They had space so the following morning came to our house and treated it for fleas.They were the best price overall, they were professional and so kind and caring.We had this service completed 2 weeks ago today, and we have not seen a single flea in the time after having them through.Thank you so much JAE team for taking care of our family.
