Really lovely experience today, only went in for gel boot inserts and the sales person - Sophia (I hope I got that right) was super helpful and friendly. 10/10 I hope to go back soon and invest in a nice pair of shoes!

I got some really amazing, high class boots from the Cuba street store. I am really going to love wearing these boots until they last legs(wear out). I want to express my thanks and gratitude to the sales assistants for giving me the best experience and I felt very warm and welcomed as soon as I arrived in the store. Highly recommend this place to get the best pair of boots. I highly recommend this store - they are very caring, lovely and helpful and they go an extra mile. I got some really nice boots that I’m going to enjoy. Wish I can give higher star rating for your hardwork.

Over the years this little shop has become my all-time favourite place to buy shoes. The staff are always amazing, professional, helpful, (without being pushy) and knowledgeable. They only stock quality shoes, and frequently have sales or reductions - they still offer student discounts! And they stand by their products, which is important with footware. There have been a couple of times where a shoe has needed some attention and they have always handled any issues with courteous, quick, and very satisfactory service. I recommend this place to everyone.
