We were in store shopping for a wedding shirt on the afternoon of feb 7th. The shop attendant was so rude and unhelpful. As the only customers in the store she ignored us for some time before rushing over only to ask us not to handle the shirts because they get dirty and greasy. Then she proceeded to tell us repeatedly that they won't unfold a shirt and we could only try on the shirts hanging up. When we explain we needed a different size she repeated her speal about not wanting to refold the folded shirt and our greasy dirty hands. She then gave us a different shirt to try on that was not at all what we were looking for.I understand not wanting to unfold 100 shirts but there is a polite way of saying that. And expecting someone to buy a shirt when they are unable to try the colour and size they want is just plain dumb.This shop attendant needs a serious dose of customer service training. She had a real opportunity to provide a great experience and she could have guided us through the process without our greasy hands touching anything.
