Terrible service took over 2 weeks to get goods ordered online!!! They never communicated delay in arrival of product until I chased them, was told they were sending via fastest courier from Auckland to Christchurch but they used Castle Parcel which is a bulk freighting company and takes longer.

Fantastic, wonderful options, great to be able to source from 1 provider who is extremely passionate about food and has very keen eye for the unique choices available bringing them all together to be able to choose from huge options. Well done

Really disappointing service. Owner had been going through some personal troubles which is understandable for delayed shipping. But no communication, and nothing was ever shipped. Had to chase up again to get a refund. Food selection looks amazing, but I wouldn't recommend Kai NZ foods.
