Fantastic Service !! & so fast to help me with a problem and kept communication with me through the process, THANKYOU !!! I highly recommend

The delivery of a pump I ordered was prompt but when it arrived it was leaking so I called the pumpshop and was advised to send it back which I did.A few days later I received an email telling me parts were missing off it.I called Dave who asked me repeatedly where the parts were making me feel like a low life thief implying I had deliberately removed them then rudely Dave hung up on me .Numerousemails later in my attempt to resolve this and Dave has continued to blame me for the parts missing im appalled and out of pocket and pump which cost $304.75 they offered a partial refund if I pay for the missing parts labour and return postage or alternatively they will post back the pump that is not working.Im all for supporting NZ businesses but not when they do not treat or listen respectfully or even consider the unfairness of this situation.

Ordered Tuesday night after 7PM, delivered to Wellington Thursday 8.30amFantastic service and best prices
