I was given a ring as a birthday present last year. Within that time I have had to have it repaired twice. I spoke with someone helpful who said someone from HO would be in touch to discuss options with me as I wanted a refund. I can’t trust this as a product.No one contacted me until I got a text to say they had ordered a replacement in. When I called I was told that my option was to accept a replacement or exchange only if I had the receipt.So much for “expertly crafted to the highest quality - enduring treasures to last a lifetime and beyond.” as their website states

Took a Casio watch in for new battery when we went back an 1hour later to pick up staff told us second hand dropped off so they sent it away at our cost to fix came back and the watch kept stopping with sec hand flicking backwards took it back to have them rectify and the watch goes for a few hours and stops they wanted us to take back a 3rd time but I informed the staff we no longer had any faith in their repair person so their response to that was sorry you feel like that

One sales team member made my in store experience 100%! Thankyou for removing my ring without a hitch!

Awesome first time experience here! Staff were helpful even though they were busy ( mid morning Saturday) Nice range of jewelleries and watches! Definitely no pressure to buy, compared to others!

visited te awa Pascoe’s during my uni break to get my wedding ring resized and they did an amazing job !! So fast and even had it sent out to me. the staff here are always so lovely and helpful. you can feel that their attitudes are just so uplifting. Went to get my dad's watch fixed. They had to send it away because it's a waterproof and has a seal. It took a week. Service was okay I guess.

Really disappointed with the service, Not recommendable, It is totally wastage of money and time to buy something from this store. My brother gifted me a Pascoes gift card. I bought a watch from that card and some balance left. When I tried to use that balance, the customer service lady said that there is no balance in the card. I NEVER USED THAT CARD EXCEPT THAT FIRST TRANSACTION AT THEIR STORE. It was clearly a fault at their end but they never accepted it. Then they made a formality to send the matter to their head office. I had to go to their store for five time regarding this matter and ended with nothing. I lost my time and money and got nothing in return.
