I have had the greatest of privileges of meeting Sha & Lynnette they have helped me immensely in both my work and home situation. I would highly recommend this course to anyone/company. I have learnt to have a better understanding of others emotional situations, why they may not be as effective from one day to the next. It has helped me to have new found courage to have better relationships with my team to have empathy, to communicate much more effectively that everyone's voice is head not just listened to. I thought I was a good Manager with a team that respected me. Now I feel I am a GREAT Manager that has a team that not only follows & respects me even more but also encourages me to be bigger & better. I have also used my learnings at home to make me more patient & to stop procrastinating on my thoughts before I speak( I'm still learning) so this course is for many aspects of living not just work. I just wish this course was longer thankyou" I got so much out of this and my takeaways are from every aspect of the course it was just what I needed.5 stars is not enough"

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I thought it was well put together, with all content flowing nicely from one topic to the next. Sha is a great communicator, making it easy to understand the content and clarifying anything in a compassionate and professional way when necessary. I found the one on one sessions really beneficial as Sha asks thought provoking questions to expand your learning. I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone! The world would be a better place if we all used a bit of Emotional Intelligence!

I enjoyed the course overall it's help me to start learning a different style of Management and progressing towards the future and pointed out a lot of things I need to work on I gave me the tools to do it

The Emerging Leaders Course is an excellent way to increase your knowledge and skills in emotional intelligence. The course is delivered in an engaging manner, with group sessions, EdApp lessons and coaching sessions form Sha. The knowledge gained through completing the course will improve your leadership skills and abilities to manage your relationships with others by giving you real life tools and learning how to use the effectively.

This course opened my eyes to how we interact with others, because for people who learn to understand emotional intelligence,inspiring and motivating others. Communications skills can influencing change and people management. I had a great time doing this course Sha, Lynnette and Robyn are wonderful they were always there to help us out and still are. This course gave me a brighter perspective on how to deal with my own emotions, others' emotions, and how mindset plays a hugely important role to your everyday life! The course provided great tools to help guide us through conflict, time management and understanding others. The coaches were fantastic.
