I have been going here for a while now, and the team are always amazing when they bring my nail vision to life.Highly recommend them for your next visit!

Lovely staff, very easy to work with so get fun designs and colour combinations. Good communication around pricing, indicated a price once I showed a design I wanted and charged the same price at the end- communicated price changes as my design changed. Been here before and the acrylics last a good amount of time too. They always check if you like the colour and or design once they have done the first nail which is a massive green flag.

Great size store and also very clean.I went at opening as I didnt have an appointment, and got sat immediately.The male in the adidas sweater was amazing! Quick, checks in to ensure you're happy with the length, colour and shape. Best nails and experience I've had. The technician carefully checks his work along the way eg sizing nails and length to the other hand.I will be returning, with an appointment because it did start to get full very quickly.

Went in for an infill on acrylic nails. Did not clip away any of the lifting acrylic before dipping in powder. Unfortunately the male technician could barely understand English so communication was impossible. Had traditional polish applied and waited the slotted time and until checked by the technician and told it was okay to leave. However the nail polish smudged so I returned to the salon where I was told I hadn't stayed long enough despite fact technician had told me to leave! Zero customer service and won't be returning.

Love getting my nails done here. Anna has done my last two sets of sns manicure and vivian has done my last 2 spa pedicures. All the staff are friendly and great at their jobs! I love the special touch of having a hot stone massage on the feet with the spa pedicures, it's not something I have had elsewhere. Will continue to be a regular!

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Manicure done very superficially and rushed, color applied wrong as it’s on my skin as well. The finish isn’t smooth. I was left with oil on the hands without massage so I had to wipe my hands down. Had my nails done by 3 different people as they kept walking away to do something else.The end result as per pictures, isn’t professional. Not recommended.REPLY to the comment:exactly. I booked for something and got something different despite me confirming what I wanted at my arrival. After that, it’s on you ensuring you’re providing the correct service.My nails have been done with no manicure. Just filing. I’ve never seen anything like that. You have to prepare the nails.I’ve changed 3 people, not 2.The color is all on my skin as per pictures. What’s the excuse there?As I said and as proven here again by your comment, unprofessional.

Service was excellent, guy I had was very particular about getting my nails perfect and I’m super happy with them!This was my third visit and they have not disappointed!

Mum and I went and got a pedicure before Christmas, service was VERY rushed the lady doing my nails was miserable. I understand christmas is a busy time of year but that should not effect the service you receive and pay for.My mums pedicure started 10min before mine and I was finished 15min before her.Won't be going back

Not a friendly team of people they all talk in a different language which makes the salon really uncomfortable, couldn't understand them and they couldn't understand me because when I asked if I could have colour on my french tips he just nodded and mumbled something. Probably couldn't hear me cause he had earbuds in. Took like over an hour as they silmuntanously worked on other clients leaving me in the chair for over 20 mins at a time. I tried to be friendly but they were not interested... I wont be going back
