Third time we have used Flooring Design for carpet installation. They are very helpful in the shop helping pick out the best option for us, have great communication and got the job done super quick and to a high standard. Thanks Shannon and Dan!

We received brilliant service, and communication with all the staff we hand dealings with, whilst making decisions on carpet and vinyl product, we were viewing use. The advice we received was second to none. Awesome service Shannon and Waveney were very helpful with our Reno, picking the right flooring for our toilet, bathroom and kitchen area. We are so happy with to work completed by Russell the installer. He went above and beyond prepping the new flooring. After experiencing this awesome service we returned to purchase new carpet for the home. Dave and Dan wonderful experience purchasing and getting our carpet installed. The expert advice given from all workers were top notch. If your looking at upgrading any flooring stop and see these guys they know what they are talking about and have plenty of stock to choose from. Fantastic service from start to finish; Shannon who co ordinated the purchase and installation and went the extra mile taking the time to email helpful information. Steve who came out and took the measurements, Dan (the owner) who organised the quick installation and saw that we were able to buy the correct item in our budget and the guys; Luke and his lovely apprentice who installed the flooring, they have done a fantastic job the floor in the bathroom and toilet looks amazing! Would highly recommend the company and everyone who works for them.

Excellent company to deal with. We recommend this shop for their integrity, helpful advice, prompt service, expert tradesmen. We needed a small out of town bedroom carpeted in a A frame house. This was an extremely difficult task for the carpet layer, climbing up and down a ladder like staircase and having to tie the roll of carpet onto his back to get it up the staircase. Iain did it all without complaint and made an excellent job of fitting the carpet into difficult corners. Ian also laid some carpet tiles in another room and we are very impressed with that job too. The whole job took much longer than he expected, I think it was the most difficult carpet laying job Iain had ever experienced. We were expecting to have a few more hours added to our account, but were informed that the original quote would not be changed. Thank you Flooring Design

So happy with our experience. Very knowledgeable staff at the shop that talked through options with us beginners. Promptly came out and measured the space for our new carpet and was installed the following week, quick and easy. Carpet looks great! We are so happy. Will be back soon to decide on our flooring for our new bathroom reno!

I would like to thank everyone involved in my carpet replacement job recently.Having used this company before, I did not hesitate to return, and am more than satisfied with the results. A special thanks to the men who laid the carpet, as they really went ‘the extra mile’ for me, regarding moving furniture around. This can be a big upheaval for an older person, and was greatly appreciated. May you continue to do well.

Dan and Waveney are very professional and helpful in all matters. They provide good advice to help meet the customer requirements, I have used them quite a few times for my carpet and vinyl needs and will not hesitate in using them again.

We would like to thank Dan for his expertise and patience in the selection, supply and fitting of vinyl plank and carpet. Our build has taken somewhat longer than anticipated and Dan has been very accommodating. We are most grateful.
