Summerset by the Park

Ms.Preeti who works here made a few racist comments about my grandmother who lived here, we had to change my grandmothers living arrangement after this incident. 100% wouldn't recommend.

Lovely retirement village..great facilities and nice staff

My parents have been here for seven years. They are very happy here and have made some wonderful friends. It is a very social village with lots of activities and happy hours.My sister died of cancer four years ago and we had her staying at the Care Centre upstairs, for hospice care so she was close to my parents and could visit. The nursing staff were excellent and very compassionate and thoughtful towards her and our family. They really cared.We have also just celebrated my father's surprise 90th birthday last Sunday, and were allowed to use one of the main rooms. All the facilities were excellent and it was a fabulous place to have held it. A wonderful view over the park, where you can sit out on the balcony and just enjoy. It is really like a resort.Gardening has been a bit tired at times with lack of staff but seems to have picked up now.A fabulous place to stay; am considering staying there myself, but my age entry is getting a bit hard now, since it is now 70 years before you can enter.

Lovely place, beautifully maintained gardens. Pleasure to visit friends and family. Staff all kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile.

9Nov16 Good, secure, gated community of quality elderly residences and care with well appointed facilities and even a floor for very ill or chronically ill residents who are under continuous monitoring or palliative care. Rooms, suites, flats and semi-detached houses. Extensive gardens. Well located and handy to all points of the compass and main highway connections.

Nice staff and so helpful when login to visit.The place was spotless.

Enjoyed a pleasant lunch - reasonable prices - under staffed. The speed of service a tad slow for me. I was a visitor, maybe things don't need to be all that fast for residents.

Moved in now! Lovely place - buildings and people! Barry Curtis park just over the road, good walking; short walks, and flat - or a little more challenging if you require that. Shops and Ormiston centre in the area quite conveniently.

Neat and tidy, have it's own healtchare upstairs. Went to visit our church elder, and she was enjoying her lifestyle here. Carpark doesn't seems to be a problem.
