Great Service.I don't know why people giving 1 star.I am very satisfied with there service, just got there email each time I mail them.Yes I am agree they don't pickup call but if you guys send them email I think you guys will receive emails in a week.Good

I am posting behalf of my wife mitali. She have been mail them many times but they didnt even reply about what’s her status to get card. She got email regarding approved and than about documents. If they can take time for processing I understand but they has to answering email at-least. Its stressful while you are driving taxi but not able to pick or drop off at airport..

Office phone number is never answered during stated opening hours.Replies to their txt messages never answered.Office is closed and unattended during stated opening hours and person to person service only available by appointment.How does one make an appointment.????Emails not responded to.Very very frustrating.

Hi tams officerI came all the way to Auckland airport office after I received the email been told my application has been approved and can pick up the RFID card by 9-12,1-2 Monday to Friday . I went to office today someone told me that’s an automatic reply and nobody answer the call no reply for email. Looks like been like this for long time . What I can do for my card ? I only have limited time to pick up my card in Auckland but I don’t know when I can get response for tams teams.

I have changed the company online on Tuesday this week.I have been advised that Once I change my company then TAMS will send me the confirmation email. But till today I have not received anything back . I have send so many emails to tams and taxi but not a single reply yet. I am unable to start my new company and can’t drive at airport. TAMS can you tell me what’s the other way to contact you. I am hopeless.!

I am trying to get my card got emailed twice that my application has been approved, payment has been charged from my card. But they don’t give the location where i can pickup the card, no reply to emails.Any one able to help how to get the RFID card ?

The worst service all time. Can not call them. Email respond take longer to reply or no reply at all. What kind the service ?
