Absolutely a scam artist place if travelling, do not recommend. If you live in the are or a close to one then they are good but if travelling they will not refund any money once you are home and not in need of their key card

Fast, easy to use and efficient. The space was clean and bright and the music was great to listen to. I forgot my detergent but the dairy next door solved that. I bought the card on site and didn’t have to worry about coins. Well done!

Owners. Only two have disappointed every visit. Cameron Rd Tauranga and Burwood, Chch. Cleanliness issues. I am sorry that your staff are letting you down at these two. We travelling folk need you badly, at Twizel!

Picking the keycard up beforehand isn't a problem if you know in advance. 2mins away.$11 for a small load (8kg) wash, dry and detergent. Parking at rear if front spots are taken.

Place was absolutely filthy when I went there last week, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a few days. I ended up sweeping the whole laundromat while I was waiting for the washing to dry. Also really need to have an option to top up key either in the laundromat or online as the dairy you can top up at closes at 8 but the laundromat is 24/7. Ran out of money on my key at 9pm and couldnt go top it up so had to take wet washing home and re wash and dry the next day.

Came here to use the dryer urgently during wet weather, but it doesn't accept coins. Every Laundromat I've ever visited around the world accepts coins, and usually has a change dispenser (changes notes into coins).I would not advise coming here if you're travelling or in a hurry, as you'll have to subscribe to a membership before you can operate the machines.
