Hired a car transporter trailer from these guys. The brakes on the trailer failed on me and squirted brake fluid all over the back of my vehicle. Lucky I noticed and pulled over and washed the brake fluid off before it ruined my paint. I ended up having to replace the master cylinder on the trailer to get the brakes going again. The Master cylinder was full of rust. Also the trailer had a bald tyre and the spare wheel was buckled. After negotiating with the manager I was refunded the hire fee and cost of the master cylinder but I was still $500 out of pocket due to fuel, rucs and I lost a day's wages as I had to have a day off work to get the brakes going because no one could supply a master cylinder on the Sunday and then I had to tow it back to Motueka from Timaru on the Monday.I also had to pay extra to salvage the vehicle I was going to pick up because I didn't trust the trailer doing the job. Bad experience poorly maintained trailer.
