Large assortment of video and arcade games.VR games are predominately multi player.Lots of token prizes in the display store.Very busy during the mid afternoon times.Air conditioning is great on the hot summer days in queenstown.

Place is beautiful, service by everyone that we encountered was amazing! Super friendly and made the experience great! Cocktails were Delish and the arcade down below was a good way to finish our time

It was a place where you could enjoy a pleasant, spacious and diverse game that turned the boredom of a long trip to Queen's Town, New Zealand into a pleasure.It was nice to taste various foods with friendly staff and I liked it more because it was a large space with two floors.I recommend you to visit if you have young children.

Thought this would be fun! Staff complaining about how busy they are, if you can find any staff to be seen. Bar was ‘closed’ and filthy. But no signs indicating it is closed, they took our order and said upstairs would bring it down… after twenty minutes went upstairs to find they had the order but hadn’t started it. The drinks look nothing like the menu. What a mess…

Great arcade! The arcade manager Naomi played so many games with my kids today and did a punching bag contest to see if we could beat the bartenders high score (we didn't but it was still fun) She told us to go upstairs and order drinks from Joel because we couldn't beat him and we did! We ended up spending the whole day here without even realising it! It was so much fun and has everything for the whole family from fun to food!

Our family had the most incredible experience at the games arcade here. It's such a happy place; so many fun games, epic prizes, and an amazingly fun and family-friendly vibe. My two daughters thought it was pure magic. I would say this place is an absolute must visit when in Queenstown - it has been a genuine highlight of our trip. The staff were incredibly hospitable - special shout out to Sienna and Ale who really made us feel like kings and queens. We loved our time here so much we will be heading back for karaoke tomorrow!

This building is meant to bring out the inner-kid in all of us! From the bowling upstairs followed some billiards and drinks, we knew this was going to make for a fun afternoon. We also got to enjoy our fair share of arcade games (Connect-4 hoops, Atari Pong, Claw Machines, etc.), Virtual Reality, and SO much more! With our tickets we were able to bring home some fun tchotchke items/candies. I wish we could’ve combined the remaining balance on our 2 cards as they both had just about $2 left on them, but still deserves the 5-star review and a visit during your vacation!

What a fun place! We really enjoyed the bowling experience, and there is so much more to do. We were really impressed. It's very clean, spacious and all the games and bowling allies worked (unlike our Auckland central equivalent). Lily was an amazing staff member, super helpful and friendly, and took us through the bowling themes. We had tons of fun and loads of good laughs. Will most definitely come back!
