Sadly my wedding dress experience was totally ruined by Hera Couture.I ordered through their WA stockist, and when the dress arrived - 4 months later, it had a major production fault. I could go into great detail about how poorly the entire situation was handled, but to put simply; I strongly suggest avoiding this designer, and their WA stockist.I would hate to see another bride go through this before their wedding day.

Simply stunning!! The team at Hera made me feel like an absolute princess finding the perfect 'party dress' for my special day! The service was impeccable, the team were patient and caring, and the whole process was a breeze! Not to mention the incredibly quick turnaround time! They have by far the largest range of short wedding dresses I've seen in Auckland. Highly recommend!

I haven't made a final decision on a gown yet but I just want to call out how amazing Jackie was during my recent appointment. She thought of so many different ideas and custom fits which wouldn't have crossed my mind otherwise! She cared so much about the look I wanted to achieve and made me feel so comfortable. Jackie Jackie Jackie!, She literally became my bestie over the 8 months of my dress journey with Hera Couture! She was my photographer and videographer and so much more. Honestly I had been to a many boutiques however I just knew that I would find my dress at Hera Couture, From the time I stepped into the boutique Jackie was amazing she put me out of my comfort zone and had me trying on dressing that I would never have haha it was just a beautiful experience from start to finish, Hera Couture even had my dress in mint condition after the wedding as they also offer a dry cleaning service. Forever grateful for the personalised service! Thank you to the Hera Couture Team!

Where do I even begin! I knew from the moment I tried on my dress that it was the one. However, I decided to go with a different dress from a different store and designer because I thought I was smart getting a cheaper dress. A month out from my wedding, I got my original dress back from getting alterations; I hated it, like I cried to my fiancé hated it. He responded to get another dress (I laughed and said there was no way that would be possible). I sat with this feeling for a week and a half before reaching out to Hera Couture and asking if they had any appointments for the day I was going to Auckland to pick my sister up from the airport. They made time for an appointment for me and were accommodating. This appointment was two weeks before my wedding. There was no way I thought it was going to be possible to get my dream dress and get alterations in time, Hera Couture made it happen. They organised a brand new dress to be there within an hour, and their seamstress pinned any alterations the same day. A week later, I picked up my dress, which fitted like a glove. I am so grateful to Hera Couture for the whole experience and for making me feel like an absolute princess in my wedding dress.I was also very anxious to try on dresses as a larger woman, and never once did I feel as though I was any less than for my size. They were highly accommodating and extremely kind!Go with your gut and get the dress that makes you feel beautiful!!!

We had a fantastic experience at Hera Couture with Jackie assisting me. She was friendly, accommodating and attentive to the styles I was looking for and even made some great recommendations. The range of dresses is simply stunning, classic and timeless. Highly recommended!

As soon as I stepped through the door, Saina made me feel like a friend. She was the ultimate hype woman as I tried on all the dresses and made the experience magical. Everyone working here on the day was warm and friendly, and you can tell they are all passionate about helping people find their dream wedding gown. The design and tailoring of these gowns are immaculate and speak for themselves. I HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment to see these ladies!

Honestly phenomenal from start to finish. When we arrived on the first day, from the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and excitement. We felt so treasured and special, and Jackie and the team made the experience so fun rather than stressful! I went back a couple of months later to finalise the dress choice and take measurements, then when my dress arrived we had a wonderful meet the dress experience. Initially my dress was a touch tight, but Jessie and the team were so relaxed about this, and when I went back a couple of weeks later she fit like a dream! I also complicated matters by moving to a new city 2 months before the wedding but the team were so flexible! On my pick up, they played my aisle song and got me to dance around the shop- just the best experience!

Jackie at Hera Couture helped me find the perfect dress and was an excellent dress hype woman. The range at Hera is superb and as I had no idea what dress I wanted they helped me find my style and were able to offer me heaps of options. The fittings were great and the seamstresses (the incredible Laura and Jessie) are super talented. Absolutely stoked with my dress, scheming about how to wear it again!
