I'd had a sore neck for a couple of weeks. Half an hour with Sandy relieved my pain substantially. Highly recommend.

Prompt service however - My masseuse spent her time talking to another staff member who was sitting next to me. She leant over to look at the other staff member’s phone and kept talking. I didn’t feel like she started my massage until 10min into my time as she kept pausing to talk.I have been to a few massage places in my time. In comparison the service here is below my expectations of a standard 20min Neck/Shoulder Dry service.My expectations maybe too high.Please be more attentive to your customers.Please be aware that we pay for a service for a timeframe and we do expect that a 20min massage is what we will get from the moment we are seated and in position not 10min later.Please be aware of your communication in the presence of customers - your body language, your actions.What kind of service do you want to provide? What kind of atmosphere do you want your customers to experience?Room for improvement if you make the effort.

Always happy and feel much better when I leave, usually will have neck, arms, shoulders or back massage but have also tried reflexology which comes with head massage also amazing. Everyone here is good but especially Phoebe she has good communication and massage skills.

got a neck back and head massage, head and neck massage was good.Back massage was very sore and repeatative on the same spots leaving bruising and pain after massage I personally would not go back there as I feel the person did not know what they were doing.

You all been ripped off . These are not real, fully qualified massage therapist. In fact, they don't have any qualifications or diplomas at all. This is why massage is horrible. You come out worst than when you went in.

bad, ,,didnt tie my hair up were pulling on it during the massage ...spare the oil and when i came out they over charge me, business was slow and i think they tried to rip me off,,man came out and said you asked for half hour an , ummm i reminded him you suggested half an hour i pointed to the board twenty minutes with oil thirty dollars and said ill have this, cheeky sneaky and not that good, they also like to yell in chinese to each other between curtains long conversations,Not impressed . if we are going to lose businesses this would be an okay one to go. second time I have made the mistake of going there

Horrible massage for both men and women.They just shake your body, didn’t relax the muscle tension. Didn’t allocate timing for whole body.I felt same muscle tension ever after the massage.Best places to go are Jade Thai and Phon Sai Thai or may be massage chair.Worst massage experience ever!! Worthless

The massages are really hit and miss. It depends on who you get. I have had amazing ones that have worked wonders on my back and other times just rubbish. Don’t appreciate in the middle of the massage to have them just disappear on me to go talk to someone else. Or have them having a conversation with someone else that works there in another cubicle. That’s my time, that I’m paying for. It’s hardly relaxing when they do that. Plus their attention is on the conversation they are barely massaging me.

I asked to be massage gently and soft, it was hard and anything but gentle, kept pressing very hard on same spot and the oil was left through my hair, I could see hair ties but was not offered one. This is not the first time going here and being unsatisfied. My back is sore after going and was fine beforehand
