Fun day spent , in beautiful scenery, easy hike, pack was very comfortable. So peaceful with a few fun rapids paddling down the river. Such a wonderful way to experience the amazing environment.Felt very comfortable and confident with the guide Huw.Thank you will recommend to anyone who has an ok fitness level.

Started off with a beautiful hike up the Matukituki valley with glacial views. Great lunch provided - especially the cookie! Then a clear beginners guide to pack-rafting, some nice chilled spots followed by some fun rapids. Super fun and chilled guides, 10/10

Packrafting with Huw was one of the best things we did during our time in NZ (and we did a lot of pretty epic adventures!) Huw is a patient, calm, witty, and highly competent guide. The scenery is majestic and spectacular with gorgeous views of glaciers in a remote valley.Pack rafting is a sport for anyone who likes hiking and tubing down a river. It’s just a heck of a lot more fun in one of the most beautiful places on earth! If you are reasonably fit and up for an adventure, I’d highly recommend giving this a try. You won’t be disappointed!

What an awesome experience ! Huw and the crew created the most memorable day hiking and pack rafting (helped by Mother Nature in all her force). A great location at Mount Aspiring with an interesting and engaging crew with lunch thrown in. The weather was fairly wet which made the hike interesting at times and of course the higher water levels made the return on the kayaks fairly spicy - we had the best day ! We thoroughly recommend !

Huw and the team were such insightful, helpful and fun guides. I absolutely loved doing the hiking trek to the river, the rafting was super fun (and easy to pick up regardless of how skilled you are at it) and the scenery was magical! The water was crystal clear and you are surrounded by mountains the whole time. Would highly recommend

What a great day from beginning to end. Hew our guide was prompt, accomodating and friendly. A hugely experienced outward activity leader who drove us to “paradise” where we hiked (they provide everything in a back pack - just took my water) to our rafting destination. A yummy top quality sandwich and cookie (incredible!) then inflated the kayaks which was so simple . The kayak trip is breath taking!!! Didn’t seem real it was so scenic. Then an easy pack away with short walk back to bus. Hew even made a pit stop for us to fill up on refreshments. Such a great trip! Thoroughly recommend!

I did the Packrafting Tour in Aspiring Nationalpark and what should i say...its an absolute Highlight!! The Guides was so cool, the Views are just breathtaking and the Packrafting is soooo much fun, i enjoyed every second :)When i am back in Germany, i will watch where i can do Packrafting again, it is so great!!Enjoy the ride with this Company;)

Was a lovely day out on the Aspiring Pack rafting trip! Huw was so flexible, accomodating and it felt like a true adventure. I would 100% go back. Pack rafting is the best way to get down the mountain!!
