Don't waste your time going here (as we did) after driving 45 mins across town to look at a car. Not only has the place got an unfriendly atmosphere about it, the salesperson wouldn't let us test drive the car until we agreed on a price and were happy with the colour!! I don't think these guys understand how car sales work, which is you gain an emotional connection with the car after driving it, and gain the trust of the company you're doing business with after a positive interaction with the sales staff. Just I think it's important to warn people of this company's attitude to test drives before they leave home.

This was my first import experience to buy a S550 which has not yet landed in NZ. Yes, I was skeptic about the purchase, but Lisa Bell was super cooperative and provided an amazing car purchase experience. A very satisfied customer. Lisa shared all the car info, kept me up to date on arrival, inspections, registration and delivery process. She handled the GPS conversion, insurance, got the car fully serviced with oil change etc. before delivery. I recommend, if you want to buy a car ask for Lisa Bell and she will take care of you.

Recently purchased an Audi A8, the car was immaculately presented and priced fairly. Arranged for a test drive for the next day and the car did not disappoint. Doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t reply to emails. Won’t let you test drive the car unless you agree on a price first. Your business model is flawed guys. Would you buy a car without driving it first?

Just personally would like to thank Lisa for making the car shopping experience so much easier. Her communication and customer service was awesome. We walked into the corporate car lot ready to buy a car today. The owner treated us as though we were not serious. He had a really poor attitude, in fact he became rude very quickly and refused to let us even test drive the car, he told my husband he would have to pay for the car first.He pretty much lost himself the deal before we even started, and we were 100% serious buyers. So, If you enjoy buying cars from people who don’t respect others, then this is the man for you. Strongly don’t recommend this dealership.
