We had a time-critical situation in Wanaka and needed Wedderburn to handle it fast. Wedderburn Service Manager was away, but their system meant that Will simply stepped up to the plate and had everything sorted in a timely and really professional manner - our customer was very happy, we were very happy. Pretty typical of of the service we get from all over the country with Wedderburn.

Will is terrible. What shocking service. Will not deal with this company again! Absolute rip offs!Have never dealt with such an unprofessional individual before.

I am located in Pukaki and had a need to get hold of scales to weigh my aircraft. The scales needed to be accurate and repeatable. I rang Tom at Wedderburn in CHCH initially and received an energetic and helpful response about appropriate hire equipment. There was an offer to open up for me on Saturday if necessary. As it was closer, I then rang Wedderburn in Dunedin and spoke with Will. I explained my requirements and he went to the trouble of calibrating the scales for me and making sure they were ready to go when I collected them. They were equally accomodating and helpful when I returned them. The gear was perfect for the task. if going the extra mile is the measure of good service, these guys start that mile up the road. Highly recommended. Great to deal with, and lovely people.
